The Law Firm of Lorena Villalon, PLLC is an immigration law firm seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Legal/Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist with legal administrative tasks, including document preparation.
Maintain case files and organize digital records.
Communicate with clients regarding case updates and document requests.
Handle scheduling and manage calendars.
Provide personal assistance as needed.

Requirements:

• Fluent in both English and Spanish.

• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.

• Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, case management software, etc.). • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote setting.

• Must be located in Texas.
