Job Summary
Busy Immigration Law firm seeks individuals to assist with clients and filings. Receptionist position also available. Must have basic knowledge of computers, word processing and use of internet. No experience in Immigration Law required; additional fluency in addition to English preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet clients and visitors at the front desk, providing a warm and professional welcome
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages as needed
Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy in records and documentation
Assist with filing, organizing documents, and maintaining an orderly office environment
Support calendar management by scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
Provide customer support through effective communication and problem-solving skills
Conduct proofreading of documents to ensure clarity and correctness
Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks, including typing reports and creating presentations
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies

Requirements

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
