We are seeking a highly organised, intelligent junior lawyer to support our team of remote lawyers. This role involves using Google applications to organise folders, manage email communications, organise documents and perform form-filling tasks. The ideal candidate must be smart, hardworking and enthusiastic with strong communication skills.

Responsibilites:

Assist in organising folders and managing emails using Google or Microsoft applications.
Perform basic filing tasks to support the team’s record-keeping.
Provide general administrative support to remote lawyers and staff.
Handle telephone communications and respond to clients professionally.
Maintain accurate records and assist in organising digital and documents.
Help ensure smooth daily operations and timely completion of tasks.

Requirements:

Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently.
Applicant must have access to a reliable desktop computer and smart phone.
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
