RelisLaw is Seeking a U.S. licensed Contract Attorney for Remote Immigration Legal Services, with a focus on Initial Consultation Sales Meetings.

We are a growing practice, looking for one or more contract immigration attorneys to assist our law firm on a per case basis.

Qualifications:

Experience with a high-volume practice
Regardless of location, must have a Juris Doctor degree and admitted to practice law in the United States
Must possess 2+ years of Immigration law experience. Preferable with experience in about half of the following case-types - Fiancé & family-based immigration cases, 601/A Waivers, Naturalization, EB-2 National Interest Waiver, E-2 Business Visas, O-1Visas, Asylum, VAWA, U Visas, T Visas
Excellent writing and communication skills are required
Proven history of meticulous work product, strong attention to detail
Must be able to set priorities and exercise good judgment
Ability to work independently, under pressure, and meet deadlines
Prior law firm experience is required

Work Location: Remote, from home, global

Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible work schedule

Responsibilities:

Conduct video consultations with clients and potential clients
Supervise and improve cases prepared by paralegal team, which may include preparing documents in clients’files
Managing legal documentation and correspondence confidentiality
