Job Description:

Prepare and manage U.S. employment-based nonimmigrant visa (H-1B, L-1A, L-1B, E-3, TN) and immigrant visa (EB-1, EB-2, EB-3) filings, including I-140 and Adjustment of Status applications.
Facilitate the H-1B CAP lottery registration process for current colleagues.
Gather, review, and analyze immigration eligibility documents to draft petitions strategically.
Stay updated on immigration regulations and maintain best practices to optimize the companys sponsorship program.
Brainstorm and implement strategic solutions to business challenges within the immigration scope.
Act as a U.S. immigration subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to colleagues that align with their career growth.
Communicate effectively with clients, government agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely case processing.
Perform administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate case data and case management system records.

Qualifications:

2+ years of progressive experience in preparing U.S. nonimmigrant and immigrant visa filings, including H-1B, L-1A/L-1B, E-3, TN, EB-2, and EB-3 I-140 petitions.
Excellent legal writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
Proven ability to manage the end-to-end case management cycle, including document review, drafting, and filing petitions.
Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with the ability to function independently.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with clients and government agencies.
Familiarity with immigration case management systems is a plus.
