We are seeking a Legal Assistant who shares our vision to assist with administrative tasks.

The duties associated with this position will be tailored to the capabilities and interests of the candidate, however the core duties that will be delegated to this person include:

Responding to inquiries by phone and email
Data Entry and review of data entered
Reviewing documents
Communicating with clients and foreign nationals
Research and on boarding of new technologies
Managing billing and invoices
Creation of flyers and slides
Other duties based on interests and experience of the candidate

This position is fully remote. The law firm is based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
