Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Immigration Attorney, based in New York, NY. The Immigration Attorney will handle cases related to visas, green cards, naturalization, asylum, deportation defense, family and business immigration, and other immigration matters. Day-to-day tasks include managing client cases, preparing and filing immigration applications, representing clients in court, and staying updated on immigration law and policy changes. Collaboration with clients and team members to ensure the highest standards of legal representation is essential.

Qualifications

Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Immigration Law and Immigration Issues
Strong background in handling legal matters related to Visas and family or business Immigration
Exceptional expertise in dealing with complex Legal Issues and applications related to naturalization, asylum, VAWA, and deportation defense
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to effectively manage multiple cases and deadlines
Juris Doctor degree and active membership in a state bar (New York preferred)
Languages other than English are preferred but not required
