Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Entry Immigration Level Legal Assistant to join our dynamic legal team. This position is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in the legal field, providing essential support in various administrative and legal tasks. The successful candidate will assist attorneys with case management, document preparation, while gaining valuable experience in Immigration Law.

Duties

Provide administrative support to attorneys, including managing schedules and organizing meetings.
Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents and filings.
Support project management initiatives by tracking deadlines and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Review documents for accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in cases.
Assist with general office duties as needed to ensure smooth operations within the firm.

Qualifications

A strong interest in law and a desire to learn about Immigration Laws.
Previous administrative experience is preferred but not required; internships or volunteer work in a legal setting will be considered.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
Basic knowledge of project management principles is beneficial but not mandatory.
