About The Role

The position offers exposure to a broad range of immigration cases within a collaborative and client-focused environment.

As part of our continued growth, we are also expanding our federal litigation practice. Attorneys with experience or interest in mandamus, habeas, or APA litigation will have the opportunity to gain exposure to and contribute to this area of the firm's work with guidance and support from the team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to further develop their immigration law experience, take increasing ownership of their cases, and grow within a supportive and structured environment.

Why Join Us?

Competitive Compensation, Growth Potential & Performance Incentives: Compensation for this role is competitive and will be determined commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. Additional earning potential is available for attorneys who take on advanced litigation work, including federal court matters. Performance-based bonuses are designed to recognize strong results and meaningful contributions. Our benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with employer contributions, HSA options, and paid time off

High-quality, Meaningful Work: You will work on substantive immigration cases that directly impact clients' lives. This is not volume-driven work—our focus is on thoughtful strategy and strong advocacy
Leadership & Ownership: This role includes the opportunity to mentor and supervise paralegals and law clerks, take ownership of cases, and contribute to legal strategy. High-performing attorneys will play a meaningful role in shaping both case outcomes and the development of the team
Strong Team Support & Infrastructure: You will be supported by an experienced team and structured workflows that allow you to focus on legal work rather than administrative burden. We value efficiency, accountability, and high-quality output
Seattle Founding Opportunity: Though we do not currently have a physical office in Seattle, this role offers a unique opportunity for qualified attorneys to act as a founding member of our Seattle operations. This includes the chance to build and lead your own local team, backed by our firm's full resources and established infrastructure
