Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Attorney to join our law firm. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in various aspects of immigration law including removal defense, court appearances, asylum, u visa and various types of Immigration petitions etc. This role requires court appearance and represent clients in removal proceedings. The Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, representing clients in court, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in various areas of immigration law.
Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as Lexis-Nexis to support case preparation and strategy development.
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, appeal brief, with precision and attention to detail.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to case management and client interactions within the law office.
Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to practice areas.

Requirements

Juris Doctor (JD) or LLM degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law, preferred California.
Proven experience in Immigration law is preferred.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $132,000.00 per year
