Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Immigration Paralegal, based in Los Angeles, CA. The Immigration Paralegal will assist attorneys in handling immigration cases, including preparing and filing legal documents, conducting legal research, and maintaining accurate case records. The role involves drafting and reviewing visa applications, corresponding with clients to gather necessary information, and ensuring compliance with immigration regulations.

Qualifications

Fluent in Spanish
Knowledge of Immigration Law and legal practices related to visas and immigration issues
Experience in Legal Document Preparation and Immigration Law procedures
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under deadlines
Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification preferred
Prior experience working in an immigration law firm is a must
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in using legal document management systems and office tools
