Landau, Hess, Simon, Choi & Doebley, a highly ranked, top tier rated Philadelphia immigration law firm, seeks an experienced, detail-oriented, employment-based Business Associate Attorney with strong writing, organizational, computer and people skills to join our growing team.

This position includes extensive research, drafting, and filing of employment-based immigration processing, focused on PERM labor certification applications, immigrant visa petitions, and nonimmigrant visa petitions (e.g. H-1B, L-1, E-1/E-2, etc.). Day-to-day duties include:

Direct client interaction
Monitor critical deadlines
Review work of legal assistants and report to supervising partner
Drafting and review of letters, forms and documents for partner/client review/ submission to government agencies
Ensure client digital/physical files are maintained and organized

Position requires:

J.D.
One year of experience in employment-based immigration (highly preferred)
Familiarity with MS Office Suite

This is primarily an in-office position but Associate Attorneys are permitted to work up to two days per week remotely.
