For our client, we are seeking a Immigration Specialist M&A to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a Pharmaceuticals & Biotech environment.

Location: San Francisco, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $235,000 – $300,000 annually

Responsibilities

Lead immigration due diligence for acquisitions and acqui-hires
Advise Corporate Development and Legal teams throughout the deal lifecycle
Design integration plans for transferring foreign nationals smoothly
Ensure compliance with domestic and international employment obligations
Develop playbooks and frameworks for scalable M&A immigration processes

Qualifications

Deep expertise in business immigration related to M&A and corporate restructuring
Experience managing multiple confidential, deadline-driven transactions
Strong written communication skills for translating complex issues into clear guidance
Independent judgment in decision-making under time constraints
Minimum 8 years of immigration experience, preferably in M&A contexts
