Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role located in Doral, FL. The Immigration Paralegal will assist with preparing legal documents, supporting clients with immigration issues, and working closely with attorneys on visa applications and immigration law cases. The role involves handling client communications, conducting legal research, and ensuring all filings comply with legal standards and deadlines.

Qualifications

Knowledge of Immigration Law, Immigration Issues, and Visas
Experience in Legal Document Preparation and handling law-related administrative tasks
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Fluency in Spanish is a plus
Paralegal certification or relevant accreditation preferred
