We are currently looking for an Immigration Specialist to join our team in Poland.

This is a fully on-site position from Warsaw office!

✅ Responsibilities

Conducting the onboarding process for new hires
Managing the legalisation processes related to the residence and employment of foreign nationals in Poland
Representing clients before administrative authorities (Voivodeship Offices, Labour Offices, the Office for Foreigners)
Preparing applications for temporary residence permits and work permits for foreign nationals
Drafting and compiling documentation required for administrative proceedings
Coordinating, monitoring, and archiving document flow
Overseeing the preparation and execution of employment contracts

✅ Requirements

Excellent command of English and Polish minimum level B2
Proven experience in HR administration or operations for the Polish market, preferably in an international environment.
Experience with HRIS systems.
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
Proficient in Google suite, Slack.
Strong communication skills and a service-oriented attitude.
