Fayad Law, a growing and dynamic immigration law firm, is seeking a passionate and driven Entry-Level EOIR Immigration Attorney to join our team. This is a remote position with required in-person court appearances in the DC, Virginia, and Maryland area 2–3 times per week.

What We’re Looking For

JD from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in a U.S. state (Virginia, Maryland, or DC preferred)
Strong interest in immigration law and a desire to appear in Immigration Court regularly
Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow in a fast-paced legal environment
Cultural sensitivity and compassion for clients from diverse backgrounds
Availability to appear in court in the DC/VA/MD area 2–3 times per week

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
