A leading immigration firm is seeking a Paralegal with a solid background in Business Immigration Law to join our dedicated team. Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys in the preparation and filing of business immigration petitions, including H-1B, L-1, PERM, and other employment-based visas.
Conduct legal research and maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
Prepare and organize documentation, including forms, support letters, and evidence for submission to government agencies.
Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and keep them informed about the status of their cases.
Review and proofread legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with immigration regulations.
Support case management by maintaining organized electronic files and tracking deadlines.
Collaborate with the legal team on complex cases and participate in strategy sessions.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal, with a specific focus on business immigration law.
Proficient in immigration software and Microsoft Office Suite.
A understanding of immigration processes and procedures, particularly for corporate clients.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases while meeting deadlines.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Paralegal certification from an accredited institution is preferred.
