Position Overview

Dinh Law Firm is seeking an organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Immigration Administrative Assistant to support our immigration practice. This role will work directly with Tony Dinh, the Lead Immigration Attorney, and help ensure that client matters, documents, deadlines, and communications are handled with care and professionalism.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys helping people, can manage multiple tasks at once, and understands the importance of accuracy and confidentiality in a law firm setting. Prior immigration law experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person who is dependable, organized, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with administrative support for immigration cases and client matters
Communicate with clients by phone, email, and in person as needed
Help collect, organize, and review client documents
Prepare and maintain client files, forms, and case materials
Track deadlines, appointments, filings, and follow-up items
Schedule consultations, client meetings, and attorney appointments
Provide updates to clients under attorney direction
Scan, upload, file, and organize documents in the firm’s case management system
Assist with mail, copying, printing, and general office support
Maintain client confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Comfortable working with clients from diverse backgrounds
Basic computer skills, including email, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools
Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
Prior law firm or immigration experience is a plus
Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred or English/Vietnamese

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
