About the Role
Ashoori Law is a nationally recognized U.S. immigration law firm helping individuals and businesses worldwide. We’re seeking a Marketing Director based in Los Angeles County to lead our firm’s growing marketing team and drive continued brand expansion across multiple channels.
This is a leadership role — you won’t be doing everything yourself, but instead leading and directing a team of marketing professionals handling paid ads, SEO, organic content, social media, PR, and more.

What You’ll Do
Oversee all firm-wide marketing initiatives across paid, organic, and earned channels.
Manage and mentor a cross-functional marketing team.
Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to drive measurable growth.
Track KPIs and report on campaign performance and ROI.
Ensure brand consistency across all websites, content, and digital assets.
Collaborate with senior leadership and external vendors (PR, SEO, and paid media partners).
Stay ahead of emerging trends in digital marketing and legal industry advertising compliance.

What We’re Looking For
Based in Los Angeles or Los Angeles County with ability to work in person at our Woodland Hills / Calabasas office a few times per week.
7+ years of experience in digital marketing with 3+ years in a leadership or director role.
Proven success leading a marketing team and achieving measurable growth.
Strong expertise in paid ads (Google, Meta, YouTube), SEO, social media, and content strategy.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Experience in legal, professional services, or agency environments is a plus.
